We charge less than the actual cost on shipping and offer very simple and easy-to-understand international shipping rates. Our courier is JAPAN POST and we only use their EMS/ Expedited International Airmail service. We ship most of countries in the world. If your country is not listed in the check out page, please contact our customer service so we can arrange shipping to your country.

*The rate below is for “Per Item” If you purchase more than one quantity, the rate changes accordingly by weight.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We deliver your order right away. We normally dispatch your order within 1 business days. International orders are generally received in 3-10 working days depending on the country.
Please inform us within five working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
2 PAYMENT
We accept most of the major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Electron and all transactions will be dealt by Paypal. We are Paypal verified Japanese store.
*You do not need to have or create Paypal account to purchase from our store. It is exactlly the same as normal credit card purchases.
3 RETURNS
We guarantee your satisfaction and are happy to refund any purchases returned by a registered mail in their originalcondition within 14 working days from receipt. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded. Others will be returned to customers at their own cost. We will refund any sums that you have paid with the exception of postage and packing unless products are fault, different from what customers originally have ordered.
