“Didn’t they do well?” was a favorite catchphrase of Bruce Forsyth, the manically cheerful host of the BBC game show The Generation Game, which aired on the Beeb from 1971-2007.

Given the sardonic antiestablishment art of Pink Floyd – especially in 1977, when this portrait of guitarist David Gilmour was taken – it’s probably safe to assume that this sartorial reference to the strenuously madcap series was an ironic one.

The logo is made from felt material (not print) like one of those vintage tees as well as the very soft vintage effect cotton. All Worn Free T-shirts are fully lisensed and faithfully reproduced from original archives.
